The design and decoration of the room. The location of the hotel is great, right in the city centre. The staff of the hotel is very friendly.
The number of doors to be opened with different keys to get into our room.

Located in a very typical street of the Cagliari city centre, "The Place" has been perfectly refurbished and renovated, and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is no lift, so don't bring with you too many pieces of luggage if you stay in one of the penthouse rooms!

Value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, close to the airport and in the center of everything. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They even arranged transport and made recommendations for places to visit and eat.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

The location was perfect: in the heart of the city and yet so quiet, the rooms were exceptionally designed, very clean and spacious and the whole place was very cosy and unique.
The breakfast room was a little bit uncofortable, though very cute.

I had an amazing stay at Place in Cagliari! Enricho, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. the rooms were all unique and themed, which added a fun and exciting element to the stay. the location was perfect, just 200 yards away from Piazza Yenne, a fantastic foodie destination. the breakfast at a local cafe was a nice change of pace and added to the overall experience. Cons: Nothing for me, 😊.

The hotel is very small. You know everyone from staff till guests. Everything was friendly. Very close to very good restaurants and easy reachable from airport. Good breakfasts and very big rooms.
Time to the beach more then 10 minutes on a bus.

We were mind-blown by the amazing hospitality and friendly atmosphere at this place! The rooms were super clean and well-equipped, offering a jaw-dropping level of luxury. The quiet location was a pleasant surprise, yet still conveniently close to the city center and attractions. Our special needs were accommodated with a downstairs room, making our stay hassle-free. Enrico, our host, was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast at the nearby eatery was simply delicious, and the central location made it easy to explore everything. We can't wait to visit again in the future because our family was so impressed with the place and Enrico's amazing hospitality. We only stayed for one night, but it was truly a memorable and satisfying stay that even my 4-year-old loved!

Within a few minutes of making the booking,Luca, the owner, contacted me to arrange to meet us to check-in. We were arriving 3 hours before the check-in time and they did their best to have the room ready early. The room was spotless and comfortable and the breakfasts were fine. Christina and Luca went out of their way to make sure that our stay was pleasant and relaxed. They went to the trouble of remembering my partners birthday and helped to arrange a special meal for her. I would suggest that anyone staying in Cagliari would have a good time here and we are looking forward to going back.

The hotel is in a convenient area in the center of the old part of town, surrounded by charming narrow streets. It's a hidden gem, offering a great value for money. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, providing a good level of luxury. The staff, especially Luca and Enrico, are wonderful hosts, always willing to assist and provide helpful tips. The breakfast, served at a cute bakery across the street, includes fresh homemade cakes and pastries, adding a nice touch to the stay.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully decorated room and as we leaving at 5.30 am a breakfast tray was prepared for us. Parking is available on the main street just behind and the Airport about 6kms away. Very well situated for strolling through Cagliari. We had dinner in a local restaurant 5mins away ran by a chef (a lady) again very friendly and the products fresh excellent wines etc..Just wished we stayed longer than one night.

We spent one night at The Place Cagliari in June. The staff was very helpful and friendly speaking very good English. The spacious room was beautifully lit and uniquely but tastefully decorated with a boutique feel. The use of a new bathroom/shower with the additional possibility of enjoying a leisurely bath in the room as well as the en-suite sauna made it feel like a luxury stay! The location was also perfect, as it's by the historical district with a lovely view, but also very close to restaurants, shops, and cafes. Our 1.5 year old son was given a travel cot to sleep in, and he was also quite content with the stay.
The only thing to comment on is that we couldn't find anyone at the desk at the one point in the evening when we needed to borrow some cutlery. As there was no obvious place to search for staff, and we hadn't been given instructions on how to get hold of anyone, this was a slight inconvenience, but I'm sure if we'd stayed longer we'd have found out!
